Internet Service Providers. Helped partners formulate business strategy and structure for a new joint venture to provide a filtered internet access and hosting services and drafted web site policies and services agreements.
Product Manufacturer. Represented a business in creating a joint venture for international product distribution and in restructuring distribution relationships to increase brand development and facilitate Internet sales.
Digital Wireless Company. Negotiated venture capital and multi-tier debt financing transactions for a start-up company to provide a wireless digital communications network.
