Amyli C. McDaniel, Esq. has fifteen years of experience assisting and representing clients with was their business planning, transactional and intellectual property matters.

Prior to starting her own business planning practice, she was a corporate attorney at the national law firms of McGuire Woods and Wiley, Rein & Fielding in Washington DC.

As part of her practice, in addition to serving many businesses on a project by project basis, Amyli has also served as general counsel and a regular internal strategic advisor for several fast growing start-up businesses, including TechTrader, SolarMetric, SkyOnline,  YellowJacket Software, and SpringSource.
